Welcome to the Updated Deride and Conquer

First, let me thank everyone who has hung on in the midst of all the construction and redesign during the last few weeks.

You'll note the familiarity of this design. But I wanted to point to you a few new features.

To begin with, readers can now post their own blog entries. Simply sign up for a user account and blog away.

But I'm even more thrilled to now offer automated news feeds of select content from around the web. I'll be adding additional feeds in the coming days and weeks, as well as additional categories for you to browse. And on a continuing basis, I'll be promoting news of particular interest to the latest news category, which you can also find in the right-hand column.

Hopefully all of this will enable me to highlight many of the interesting things that I find on the web each day, but which I don't always have the time to post a full entry about.

Feel free to use this thread to tell me about any quirks or bugs you may find as you explore the new site-- and thank you for continuing to read and visit.
